oil feed problem

hey i have a 95 civic ex d16z6 and im in the process of putting on a t3/t04b turbo. i bought a oil line kit off stealth mode and its real nice. the only problem is the peice that threads into the block for the oil feed seems to be to big. it wont thread in at all. what should i do? where can i get a peice like that with a smaller thread?

The block fitting is too big? I've never heard of that happening. Try cleaning out the threads in the block, maybe re-tapping them. Those things are all cut the same.
Another thing, make sure your trying to put it in parrallel with the ground. Alot of times when your laying under the car trying to screw something in (like the oil filter) we sometimes don't realize we're trying to put it in crooked. It won't go in any other way, but straight. ;)

What he said.I found that mine had a little "Honda bond" in there.Clean it all off without burring the threads.

i cleaned it out and its still not going in. the oil sensor that came out of the block is deff. smaller then the fitting i got, you can see that by just looking at it. i just need to know where to go to get something new that will work. i checked home depot, lowes, and most every auto store around. my friend just did a turbo on his prelude and he had a diff. style fitting and it fit fine. where should i go to get a new one or a similar fitting? PLEASE HELP!!!!
