Default Oil in Exhuast housing and no boost! help!

Well, this is my first post, but ive browsed the site for quite awhile to get help on my turbo install. I got everything installed, looked good, started the car, and it smokes like crazy. Well i still did some tuning and driving (about 10mins worth) and it would make ZERO boost, at high rpm in like 2nd gear my guage would read ~1psi, but the ecu still didnt read any. So i checked for leaks, etc, found nothing, so i unhooked hte charge piping from the turbo and tried it, just revving it and feeling under the compressor to see if any air came out...pretty much nothing you could feel.

So i took the turbo off, and the entire exhuast side is full of oil, so i know the seal is foobared, but that wouldnt stop it from making boost would it? i should still be able to have some air come out? Any ideas on why it would be producing absolutely no boost? heres the setup

stock b16a
dsm blue tops
honda resistor box
old thunderbird i believe turbo (i have no idea the actual name) the compressor AR is .60
The turbo when i bought had shaft play, so i had it rebuilt...but it set for about 2 years before i finally had the time to put it all on
internal wastegate
log manifold
johnnyracecar IC
2.25" charge piping
greddy BOV
AEM EMS

theres no leaks anywhere, it just wont build boost period. any help would be appreciated.

so you browsed for what like 1 and a half hours

you should have asked before you started ------- around.

a) how are you tuning with no boost?
when its in vacuum its just a N/A car.

b)your turbo is fucked

c) no wonder no air is coming out when you rev, as there is no load on your turbo.
so no boost.
very basic knowledge.

d) reving with no load will overspin your turbo. thus ------- your bearings.

e) your dumbass probally has no restrictor, another wonderful way to blow bearings

put it back to stock and do more reading, you arent ready to boost your car and you are going to blow something more important than a turbo.
like your motor.

i would say at this point a noose and tree are in order.
post pics of your dumbass hanging from it.
