Oil Drain setup question with pics....
 

Anyone have any idea on how I can make this oil drain work with possibly some more hose and a straight through barbed fitting. I have stealthmode's setup, but the I can't get the 45 degree an fitting to work with where i put the fitting in the pan. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Can you rotate the center any farther?

That's a though one. Your not working with much room there. You may have to run a small oil pump to make sure that everything goes smooth. I sat a stared at the pic for about 5 mins. and I haven't come up with anything yet. I'll let you know if I come up with something clever.

I might be able to rotate it a little more, but the wastegate is getting kinda cocked. Thanks

I'm having a hard time seeing exactly how that is sitting. Have you tried to just connect it and see how the angle is? It looks like the fitting in the oil pan should have been back farther. ???

hey buddy weld a solid metal tube from that flange and bend it towards the AN fitting. i say this because your frame is gonna eat that line in no time.. unless u cut out more..

Well if you hadn't tapped the oil pan already, you could have made the fitting on the pan more left or right in relation to the turbo oil drain, this way, rather than trying to make a hard 45 degree angle with your hose, you could have ran it slightly downward and to the left, or to the right depending which way you look at it. Thats sorta what I did...

that bend is almost like mine. I went to discount auto and found a 1/2 inch peice of radiator hose behind the counter that was prebent into a 90 degree angle. Then when putting it on kept cutting the upper part until it bend down lightly. I have no leaking, no going into the compressor, no smoking, and oil looks fine.

But you have still to be careful becaus if the oil does not drain fluently by gravitation then it will stay and fry in the rotor.
And you dont want your oil to frie in the turbo.
Maybe you could try to find a different tube out of your turbo and bend it on the top.
you'll have more room that way and it should be ok.
THe oil pump is no a solution... 2 much -------
