Oil cooler
Anyone ever rigged up an oil cooler from another car onto your car? Would it be beneficial? Would it work considering there is not much oil pressure?

Re:Oil cooler
you would loose some pressure but not too much unless u stuck something on there that was rated for a turbo diesel truck. lowering the temp of the oil will help it breakdown at a slower rate and add longevity to your engine. ---- while ur at it add a remote oil filter or even possibly one with a replaceable cartridge such as http://tech.hybridgarage.com/tech/cmfilter/index.html

Re:Oil cooler
I think there are some older mitsus you can get a cheap oil cooler from if you wat to. I cant quite remember the car but it was a mitsu and had a oil cooler up front by the radioter that looked pretty tight. I guess I should have bought it when I went by. Maybe I'll go by the junkyard tommarow and pick it ip so I can use it when I put the turbo back on. By the way if anyone has a mitsu 14b for sale I'm always open.
