Default oil catch can question

on my Jeep 4.0 I have two ports on my valve cover. Since it is now turbo'd i have just a filter on the front port and the rear is plugged for now. is it necessary is it to run some type or catch can or do you think that just the breather is sufficient.

There is power to be had from moving the air from beneath the pistons. Oil catch can is so easy there really isnt any reason not to do it, unless you live somewhere there are emissions *****.

emissions is kinda of a bitch in CT but I'm gonna make a catch can and see what happens. If anything maybe it will get some of the oil smell out of the Jeep
