OIL BURNNING at 4500 rpm
after putting the ported and polished intake mani, and now the oil is burning around 4500, 5500 rpms i replaced pvc valve and it somewhat cured the problem but it is still there, any answers would be much appreicated....

do a compression check. sounds like rings/blow by.

agreed, it doenst sound like the mani unless you used soe strange oil stuff to polish it and its being burned at that RPM, are you turboed?

I am thinking that it is blow by but did not blow the rings that i am very sure, to much crankcase pressure and it intake is sucking the oil in from the pvc valve thanks for your help

boosted 1.6 sohc vtec, t3 turbo vortech fmu, fmic, vafc, and odd end bullshit yes i am boosted just got on a couple of weeks ago, but have had the BOOSTED underneath on there awhile

the normal ---- that you need to run a turbo , only boosting 6 psi right now until i get my tyrus from the user cornbread(cough , cough), runs good but iam burning oil and it is not from the turbo, if anyone asks....
