OBDO turbo

ok so i am new here so let me introduce myself my name is chris i live in utah and i drive a 1989 civic hatchback. so i decided to work on my car and make it faster since i felt my D15 was pretty slow. I swapped an LS motor into it and now i am wanting to turbo it. A few people told me to convert it to obd1 but thats all they said. They wouldnt give me anymore info on how to. I understand you can tune and manage an obd1 system much better but what would i need to get if i wanted to turbo the b18a1 keeping it obdo? what are the negatives about turboing an obdo system? what parts would i have to get to go obd1? sorry if this is all confusing. ps:i also did a dpfi to mpfi on the car please help me out

its just not a good tuning system there are less options available, its not as in depth, etc. obd0 is out dated and has glitches even on the stock system. obd1 is the way to go i got a 91 ef sedan and after i converted it i will never rock obd0 again. the car just all around runs harder and smother. the turbo b20 i got in mine would have never lasted as long as it has on 12lbs so... imo convert it. to go obd1 all you need is a jumper harness and a obd1 dizzy, 4wire o2, and some patients
