OBD2 Automatic delima
 

okay so ive got a 97 civic dx non vtec and i wanna boost it, only problem is its automatic so ive been told i cant convert to OBD1. I have found a website claiming it can convert to OBD1 with any transmission ----www.racingchips.com i dont know if this is legit, but i emailed the guy and he hasnt responded yet.

Otherwise if i cant run OBD1 i could go with emangage but what sensors do i all need?

My idea: Use the OBD2 to run the tranny controls(even thou it sucks i shift from 1st at 6k) and use the OBD1 for everything else? i make it sound logical but easier said than done might just be the case Let me kno wut u guys think!
