Yea, Rich from that place isn't the smartest kid on the block.

A guy I tuned on the street decided to take his car to the dyno and have them tune it their for max hp.

Don't take it back to that fake tuner. Try stock 240cc with a stock p28, turn it on. If it runs good it the chip. O and don't drive on the 240cc just see how it turns on.
