Its a waste of nitrous and money. Spray nitrous in the motor, not on the intercooler

Yeah than that C02 goes through the intercooler, into the engine bay, gets sucked into the turbo and robs power by contamination.

If you have your filter that low or arent running a filter then yes, that would kill performance, but if you have a filter away from the front face of the block, I wouldnt see a problem with CO2.

Wouldnt a mist of water/alcohol be effective in cooling the IC as well?

Yes, but again less effective than spraying the water into the engine.

^LOL you go ahead and spray water into your engine, oil/water dont mix. water ic sprayers work fine and they dont have any effect on the motor. just think of it as a mist cloud in front of your car at periodic times.

maybe you shouldn't have bought your car off ebay and just turboed a car yourself so that you would have learned something. like water injection has been around for years and works very well

Thanks I will. I assume you're thinking there's oil in my engine because, well maybe you are a giant ricer and doesn't actually know how an engine works, or maybe it is because you think you are being funny, when really you are contradicting 50 odd years old knowledge.

Doye.
