Noob turbo build
 

alright guys im new to this but i do know some stuff ...ive search and read alot threads
but can any one tell me what im missing in this kit from what i know i need the oil lines and charge pipes and intercooler ..but correct me if im wrong..and what kind of turbo it is..and would it be good for my d15b vtec it looks very small but i know that it spools faster right ??...i will be making a build thread once i have put everything togethere

Those inyectors which number got stamped on the side??

There rc 310's injectors.....will be buying the piping from pepboys this weekend unless I find some at the junkyard...

get rid of the fmu

ya i will i already got a p28 socketed and chiped

310cc injectors are gonna be alittle small if you plan on running anything over 5psi. they will be ar 100%duty cycle and end up not functioning properly

my friend is using his stock injectors and hes running pretty alright ...i guess ill have to go look for some dsm blue tops at the junk yard

yeah get some blue or dms black tops i prefer the black tops becuase they are newer

Now i understand why came those 310s with FMU, i think could be good for some 8psi, but the best is the chipped ecu, bigger inyectors and a tune

okay Update.... my friend let me have his 2gen dsm side mount intercooler and oil return line so all i need now is to tap the oil pan and 2 more pipes for the intercooler ....so far so good.. how much boost do think i could run with my chipped ecu on stock injectors..????

2psi no point though if you dont want to wait for injectors dont even bother tuning it. run the fmu with those 310s would be better than the stock injectors... how are you doing your pcv setup. alot of people forget about that you will ---- your engine up quick with stock pcv system

definatly get as big injector as you can find/ afford within reason. but it looks like your pretty much set except for small misc. things like gaskets, lines and what not.

just get some 450cc injectors there are some in the classifieds right now for 60 thats pretty good and that will allow you to run enough boost to bend your rods :)

okay .... update... still waitng on the weekend ready to drop this bitch in...lol
