noob question about 14b flanges etc

so I'm new to this whole home made turbo thing :-p and im looking to do a nice little set up on my delsol this summer... now I've been doing alot of reading, and i found most of the stuff I need and such, but I have what sounds to me like a really stupid question. I'm looking at these flanges and adapter plates on BMC racing, for the 14b for use with the HF/STD manifold:

for the first one, I dont quite get how it bolts up, am I missing something? and what is the point of the second one? is it just for if you're building your own manifold or something?

ok everything is written in plain English just READ ! ! ! the first link that you posted is for turbo to manifold adapter. one side matches the wholes on the manifold and the other one matches the turbo. the second link is an inlet flanges for the turbo. you need to read a lot MORE ! ! !

you need to chill out man, I just asked, no need to get your panties in a bunch, I have done a TON of reading about everything involved, but haven't found anything that specifically related to my case with these flanges. I only asked because the holes looked like they didnt match up.

wow I didnt mean to start a bitch fest, lol. and I have no plans of acting like an asshat :-P and I've done alot of reading and plan on doing alot more before I do my turbo project, it just looked like the holes didnt match up, and thank you for everyone that has been helpful. and zex, I didnt thank you because A) you got bent and started screaming about reading more, lol, and you just repeated what it says on MBC's site, I was wondering why it looked like the holes didnt match up on the adapter plate, lol. and I know it's the second one is an "inlet flange" i was just making sure it was for if you're making your own manifold or something.

now im off to go read the other half of the turbo projects on here lol
