Noob, how to wire up an injector on the charge-piping?
I was thinking about buying a tercel from a friend for cheap. wanna turbo it it if i do buy it. and since the tercel doesn't have any after market support at all, i was wondering if u could add an extra injector onto the charge piping for extra fuel. Can someone please explain to me how this is done? Thanx PS- search is fucked up

You need to get an EIC and follow the instructions.

The 205GTi turbo technics (an aftermarket conversion, sold through peugeot dealerships) was fitted with an extra injector controller. For uber shite management, it does work ok, even on part throttle. You might also want an ignition retard device. For safety.
However, a megasquirt would probably work out about the same price as all the extra injection equipment and a megasquirt is badass, not ghetto. So, buy a megasquirt. |

with a controller, an extra injector or two would work great, but just wired to the others it wont really work at all

What about a hobbs switch and a Toyota cold start injector?

Re: Noob, how to wire up an injector on the charge-piping?
that would only be useful at full throttle also. you need something that can read the amount of boost so it can pulse the injector properly. just having a pressure switch that can turn the injector on will only make it put a certain amount of fuel in so part throttle boost would suck
