They're so much cheaper than X injection, if you go with one that the guys above are talkin about. I can understand if you don't feel like cuttin your bumper all to crap but in the end it will also be less hassle. A FMIC means you don't have to keep refilling water or X all the time. I'll hopefully be running 10psi and plan to use the johnnyracecar(JRC) 8inch intercooler. A bit big for 10psi I know but I figure that if I'm gonna drop $100's for an FMIC I want one that on my future setup's I can retain and be able to push 20-25psi through.I met 3 guys at the track last night however that are running 5psi, 6-7psi and about 6psi in their cars all Un-Intercooled with no problems so . I would think however you'd gain power no matter what boost levels your pushing by coolin it down a bit so best of wishes on your decision.

Nope, keeping it dumped, I prefer the better performance.. that way I can run a 2.5" exhaust and be as or more efficient than a routed 3"..

I have a DSM BOV.
1: a USDM Front Bumper is only Spec'd to 5mph. Not like I'm gonna remove mine, but just to clear that up. I'm a front end collision other then in a parking lot, it's not supposed to do anything really, that's were crumplt zones come in to play. And the is 1 reason why we can't get the EVO up here in Canada. Ours are supposed to be 7mph, Not much more, but that thake alot more engineering!

2: the effeciency you are gonna loose is like 2%. Benefits are, less chance of boost cheeps and spike, and not Shitty sound wastegate.
