No signal from 4wire o2 sensor?

Well, i did an obd0-1 swap a few months ago, and thought it was all working fine. Well, I installed an air-to-feul gauge, and it wasnt reading, so i tested all my connections and wires, and i didnt get any reading from my signal wire, which should be pushing between 1 and 0 volts. Well, my o2;s shot, just went out and bought another, rewired everything, and still get nothing, rewired again,a dn still nothing, swapped every wire possible, and still nothing. Im testing the signals with a voltmeter, and the only wire i get a signal from is my 12v switched heater wire, and it was reading like 17 volts. Hmmm, anyways, i have a constant code 43 when driving, comes on after cruising at a set speed, feul supply system?, and now i have a code 1. well, have had it for a few weeks now. I dunno, i just want my gauge to read, and i just spent another 70 on a 4 wire that i didnt need, any help?

Oh, and this is on a blown90hach conversion harness, from honda-tech, help!

You tested the o2 directly at the o2 and it didn't read? It is possible that you got another bad o2. You wouldn't believe how many "new" parts are bad from the start. :-\ It really pisses people off.

I'm not saying that is your problem for sure, but it's a suggestion anyways.

that would be weird, but you never know, but just to make sure, if i run teh psoitive wire from teh volt meter to the signal wire, then run teh ground for the voltmeter to any groun don the car, i would get a proper reading right? Just making sure, its one of those sun metere things, tons of different selections, but i know how to use it, i just want to make sure im connecting it right.
