Actually I'm supposed to be a seniour. Trying to keep up with school and a rising buisness is next to impossible and that is why I am a junior now lol. O well I will still be graduating this year with all my 05 buddies. I just tell all the teachers and other people Im a real smart juniour ;)

I understand what you're saying, but having a thread with a title like "No robot welders here" can be looked at as a blow to your competitor (Full-race). Everyone has a place in the quality food chain, and you can tell yourself where you are, but always comparing yourself and taking jabs at them isn't going to get you ahead. You have to get ahead by just doing what you do, and not worrying about who's using what robot to weld thier manifolds, because if you had one, you wouldn't have said that. ;)

If you really try to understand what I'm saying you'll see that my comments are constructive

Re: NO Robot Welders Here!!

I'm not trying to bash Full-Race, but I have found it odd that they said they had a robot welder, but I've only seen pics of one manifold done with it. Unless I'm just severely misinformed and havn't seen other pics, I suspect that they either bought it and can't get it to work like they want or maybe they had one manifold done as a demo and sent the robot back or something..

I just wonder what's going on when we don't see pics of the robot or any more than one manifold done with it.

BMC...the manifolds look nice. You must be a quick learner with some good tips comming in from somewhere.

well I only have 7 months of tig welding experience so I agree I must be a quick learner.
really the only tips I have gotten have come from you, really the biggest one I learned from you was to clean the parts between every pass like a mofo.

I see what you are saying but you must also know,
For 6 months Full-Race was the company I always looked up to and greatly respected untill....
Full Race was having me muted and locked my threads for 4 months on honda-tech untill I started sponsoring. And I mean I would ask a question, not post pictures of my stuff, not metion anything about selling my stuff, but purely asking questions on welding tips. Also I would dirrectly ask them stuff and they would tell me lots of bs that just made me worse, hell they told me dont use a gass lens they arnt any good and stuff like that so.... You might be able to get where I am coming from when I'm being a little sore at them. I will not ever say anything dirrectly or call them out because that is bad buisness and because I still respect them.
