is there any reason why I wouldn't be building boost and the bov not working just in nutral? and also how do I fix the "snake sound" I am hearing. is it compressor surge or is it just the bov? by the way, its the turboxs RFL. thanks

 

how does someone like you who knows nothing have a turbo car? :1 Anyways. no load=no boost and snake= compressor surge, an RFL should not flutter at all. Either your vac source is bad or your BOV is.
