NO boost.. HELP!!

Hey guys I finished the turbo install yesterday and the car started up and is idling fine. The car runs and
I can hear the turbo spooling, the problem is that it dosent make any boost.. I have checked for leaks
but didnt find any. I have the lower vaccum line on my tial wastegate hooked up. I dont know where to
look.. I think its my wastegate. When I hook it up to the top vaccum line, at idle it is already releasing
air.. is that how its supposed to work? I noticed when I was installing the wastegate there was a small gap
between the "plate" and flange if i was looking at it upside down. Does it need adjusting? Because I hear
that I can adjust a nut inside the wastegate.. Please help!! TIA!!!!!

Re:NO boost.. HELP!!

disconnect wastegate vacuum/boost line and drive slowly and see if it builds boost. Dont build it to fast.. no wg = overboost.

Good Idea, also the vacuum line is supposed to be connected to the needle on the side of the WG, not the top needle.
