No boost, help!

okay so i changed my oil pump recently and patched up some holes in my manifold. the car idles higher than normal now. and when i rev it, it sounds like something's holding it back from climbing up the revs smoothly. and if i mash it, it'll rev (roughly) but i'll get no boost. vacuums seem to be okay cuz my boost needle isn't trembling at idle and i dont hear any leaks. my guess is that i rerouted my steel braided drain line and it's a little kinked. i took a guess cuz i see a lil oil coming out from between my DP flange and turbine. do you guys think that could be it?

thanks for looking

how's your timing? both electrical and mechanical. I'd check that first.

Doesn't autozone or whoever give free rentals of stuff now? I thought that was the deal with them. Good luck mang.

yup autozone gives out free rental of tools for 24 hours. but you need money upfront to deposit the amount that the tool cost. good luck
