Default No boost, help!

**EDIT**
Problem found, an injector was unplugged.

Everything is finally squared away with my turbo. However I took it out for a spin and I saw no boost. I switched the wastegates and that did not help. My boost gauge says no boost, as does my VAFC, and I hear nothing from my BOV, so theres definitely no boost. I am using the nipple on the 14b eblow on the compressor side for the vacuum for my wastegate. I can hear the turbo spool (I think, first turbo car), and the car runs fine other than that. It feels just like it did before I bolted on the turbo, minus any boost. It runs fine to redline also. The turbo I bolted on wasn't in great shape, there were alot of cracks around the wastegate and in that area, but I bought the turbo from a good friend who had it on his 4g63, and it pulled hard. Heres my setup if its any help-

DOHC ZC
14b w/ stock wastegate
FMIC
DSM 450s
AFC Hack
HF Mani
Adapter Plate

Any ideas?

What do you have for an air filter and look for leaks in the intake pipeing and bov!

The air filter is a K&N Precharger, its a fine mesh. There are no obvious leaks in the piping, so I doubt its bleeding off 10psi, and the BOV is welded.

Ok, I found a large exhaust leak, and fixed it, now there is very slight boost, but not much. My AFC read a fraction of a pound. However, when I fixed the exhaust leak, I switched back to the old wastegate (its a lower PSI), and Im not sure that wastegate works. I will put back the stock wastegate tommorrow. I cannot feel any more leaks, and the charge pipes are all clamped up. The Precharger filter couldnt have anything to do with it, could it? I have it right over the turbo inlet, so that only leaves me with about a 1.75 inch circle of filtering area, and this is a very fine material.

would it be possible for you to just close off that wastegate and see what you get?

The exhaust leak could have been some of it but I think you have a deeper problem... hmmmm

I cannot feel any exhaust coming from the adapter plate area. Im also using a gasket on part of the upper part of the adapter plate, so I doubt thats an issue. I will hold the wastegate flapper closed and have someone rev the engine, and see if I can hear the BOV. Anything else?

if it's an exhaust leak it should still spool the turbo better than 1psi, unless its really major but then you would be able to tell easily. Like quadnie said, make sure the wastegate actuater is holding the wastegate fully closed, then disconnec the line going to the wastegate. See if you get any boost like that. If not, check the bov and make sure it stays closed. Only thing else is leaks in the charge pipes.
