does anybody know the a/r of a t3 turbo off a nissan 300zx?? this guy is trying to sell me one but he doesnt know what the a/r is and said it come of this car.

I don't see any picture, but I bought one from a nissan 300 zx also. Well actually just the compressor housing and turbine, and I bolted it up to my T3. the compressor housing was a .60, I'm not too sure what the exhaust side is.

:-\ Are you ------' around or what? i don't see any pictures. All i get is a big fat sign that say's "BAD LINK". So I think if your trying to ask a serious question, and you want to post a picture, you better find another way of doing it.

.48 ar. We should have one running on a b18b today, so results will be posted of course ;) With one of my manifolds, Im expecting full boost by 2k rpm :)

is it a .48 a/r? the guy told me it was a .50 or .57 hes not sure

should i buy this one or spend $550 on a new turbo maybe a bigger one like .60a/r?

Damnit!!! Sorry iwouldhitit... Now the pictures are showing on my screen. I just get pissy because I swear to got my computer hates me. That looks like a .48.60 turbo.
It's the same housing I have which is the .60

Are you the guy that bought that turbo from me? Cuz that was my old turbo. I took those pics, and those ARE MY SEXY HANDS.

The exhaust is definitly .48, as its stamped on it. Im not sure about the A/R on the compressor, but my best guess is .60. If im not mistaken, I believe its a 50 trim wheel.

Its a great turbo, especially for a b16. I could have pulled high 13s with stock b16a2 at around 9-10psi. Unfortunately I cracked a ringland before that happened.

I would have thought that turbo would have spooled great for me, but I have a log manifold, and mine didn't start to spool till around 4Kish RPM, and full boost was around 5Kish.

I have a 79 dat b 210 with a 86 vg30t with some mods. in matter of fact i have posted a mssg abut an up grade for my car subject (vg30t). i can tell you this much @ about 12 psi you can say your are pushing the turbo close to its limits. at 14 psi you have max it out. In matter of fact @14 psi my v6 does 260hp @ the wheels, with a decent up grade 14psi get me 320 or so. hope this help. if not check www.z31.com its all about the single turbo 300zx.
