newby question

my question is will any turbo fit in any car like i mean if you do all the proper plumbing changing out fuel pump etc? like do i need a certain size of turbo or i can just go ahead and use any?

The turbo needs to be sized to match the engine. Too small and you'll have runaway boost at low RPM but find the turbo chokes off the engine at high RPM. Too large and the turbo won't make any boost until you rev the motor like crazy, and even then you won't get much. It's a balancing act.

ah another question after you install the turbo obviously you have to get the ecu tuned is it easy to tune yourself or do i have to bring the car to someone who can do it for me?

That would depend on the ECU, what's available to tune it, and how good you are at tuning. Definitely a "how long is a piece of string?" question.
