From what I've heard, you are one if the lucky few that has had one last for longer that a couple of days...get one from Down2turbo, the prices are comprable, and the turbos have ALOT better reputaion. Here's the listings.. http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...&sort=3&since=

The one I listed does not come with a wastegate, I assume you were just going to use a External wastegate anyways.

The down2turbo turbo has a internal wastegate.

They both do the same thing, but the external waistgate is said to be more accurate and to last longer. The internal gate has a "flapper" that is inside the turbine housing...the housing gets really hot and this is usually one of the thinist parts of the housing so the seat where the flapper shuts and seals is usually the first place it will crack. The internal gate does work with the rod to open so it can be adjusted(to a point, not a hole lot, mabe 4 or 5 psi with out running into problems)longer and shorter without have more parts. The external gate can be adjusted too, but you have to use defferent springs to make it happen. BTW the internal gate is cheaper than the external. Internal (20-75 bucks) External (100-300 bucks) on average...most people with home made setups run a internal because they usually are on factory turbos...

No offense, but I dont think your capable of making a t3/t4 turbo yourself, and its not like you just buy 2 turbos and make 1. t3/t4's are born from manufactor (whoever it may be) such as garrett, precesion,Innovative, turbonetics etc. Generally t3/t4's use custom parts to make, nothing you can just go find in the junkyard.

Internal wastegates are great for low boost situations 5-12psi no problems. But when you start dealing with higher HP applications and more boost you need a bigger wastegate and something that is reliable, this is when you would use an external wastegate. I prefer external gates in all applications unless I'm on some kind of budget build, because every internal gate I've dealed with seems to creep a few psi 1-2.
