What size is that turbo. Looks pretty big for a 1.6L will it spool before the rev limiter? I already see a lot of money on this setup so please tell us that the block guard was being used for a paper weight.

IF you are able drill a lot of holes into your blockguard and you will never have problem. WIth that manifold don't boost more than 15 psi, until it willl crack, and change your Wastegate for a Tial
