new to site just want to show my current project. cb7 coupe
im new to the site but not new to the honda world. this is my first accord though.
i have owned several hondas. 4 crxs 2 egs and 1 ef hatch. i finally bought an accord. i couldnt pass it up. i have been looking fo one for a while but i couldnt find the right one. well i finally found the right one. 2 door 5 speed ex. with a blown motor so it was cheap. lol but for 300 bux i couldnt resist. with a pretty clean body(other than a fender found one same color a my local junk yard) and absolutly perfect interior no tears or burns or cracks anywhere.
any ways on to the good stuff. i did some research and found that i could use the dsm turbo mani on my motor and the turbo would also be a great turbo for the car. so i have a buddy who currently own 3 dsms and has parts galore. so i got the hook up on my mani and a big 16g. had a slight crack in the mani but didnt leak so i took it to my welder and had that fixed. so i have be pilling parts up for about 3 weeks now and this is what i have soo far.
completely rebuilt stock bottom end
stock head cleaned everything new in it.
bismoto 5 layer mls headgasket.
bisimoto cam. in the mail right now.
dsm manifold. may get upgraded before put together
big 16g turbo.
dsm 450's
custom dp and side exit exhaust for now( have all the stuff just not together yet 3 in)
comp stage4 clutch
extremely large precision fmic and 2.5 in. piping
pr4 ecu soon to be chiped and dyno tuned with crome.
i have a new meth inj. kit but not sure about meth yet.
so on the cb7 forums stock f22 with 14b turbos are making 250whp
im basically stock but have the cam and thicker head gasket and a little bigger turbo. i will be happy with 250 but i have seen 16g f22s make 280 reliably. so my goal is going to be 280 but i will be happy with 250whp. i just want a fun comfortable roomy car to ride in everyday.
