A Garrett T3 with A/R .60/.63 will be a good choice. As Dr Boost stated earlier, you should get some 9:1 compression pistons. You can make good power with the VAFC2 but, you'll be better off chipping your ECU for fuel management. Depending on your setup and tuning, 12psi can get you 250 whp.
