Hey all I know HMT is all about doing things for cheap so i figured this is exactly what you guys need, these MBC work amazing and are so cheap even us HMT guys can afford them. they are currently being sold here, but i am looking for more retailers.
Boost Solenoids - J-K Tuning
we have done extensive R and D and are 100% confident that no other MBC in the world can out perform these. :) enjoy

Single Stage , A very well made MBC that works flawlessly a video of it can be seen here.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJbQR...e=channel_page

Dual stage version 1, This allows you to switch between 2 levels of boost with the flip of a switch or if you have a management like hondata or neptune you can control it with the ECU. Stage 1 is your wastegate so when the switch is off your boost will be what ever your wastegate spring is. Stage 2 is adjustable for more boost then your wastegate spring allows. Again please tell me how much boost you plan on running on the second stage, Here is a picture of it.

Dual stage version 2, This is just like version 1 with the difference being stage one is now adjustable just like stage 2, simply choose how much boost you want on each stage and switch between them at will. Here is a picture of it, and one of my prototype installed in my car.
Attachment 7637

This is my prototype so dont pay attention to the extra holes in the brackets.

and a short video of it.YouTube - dualstage

Badass and very good job backing up your product. I for sure will be looking into of of your dual stage controllers after my engine build is complete. Pricing is also very good compared to others you would see on the market.

Just wondering and Im sure others are going to ask, but what makes these better than other ball and spring controllers? Something different in the design? Thanks.

That was going to be my question.

I like the fact that you're using allen-head bolts for adjustment, I don't like finger-knobs. Do you have specific measurements?

I haven't watched the video yet, but I'm curious about the flip switch and how it works. What materials are it made of? Have you tested maximum operating pressure?

Lastly, is it available in black?

great question guys, we use all high quality parts, the balls are highly polished for a great seal and every spring is hand calibrated , no off the shelf one size fits all springs used, this is why we ask you to tell us what psi you plan on running, in other words we use a different spring for guys running 0-low 20s then we do for guys running low 20s and up. in our dual stage models we stand out above most other companys in that we dont use any bleeder valves for controlling the difference in boost between low and high. our dual stage version 2 is a true dual stage you can adjust each stage to what ever you want from wastegate to what ever you wish for, most bleeder style have a narrow window between low and high. our adjustment design is unique there is no set nut to worry about , you simply adjust the boost with a allen wrench and thats it it will stay put. as far as colors go most of the parts we use are brass plated so while you probably could paint them black it may not adhere the best. i would be willing to paint them any color you wish but there would be no promise of the paint staying on for ever.
lastly im not sure what you mean about the "flip switch" i think you are refering to the solenoid we use to switch between the stages? and if thats so its billet aluminum industrial grade and is warrantied to 125 PSI :)

i want to add that any one who orders more then one unit even if its mixed matched will get a discount, however you will have to contact me direct at lavoy1@gmail.com so if you find a buddy who will buy one with you contact me directly.

here is a video with some more info on the dual stages, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hwsyR2kV2bY&NR=1

these can also be controlled by the ECU if you have boost by gear like neptune and s300 ect ect can do. but a toggle switch also works just fine for most people.

I really like what you guys are doing with these. Great price for starters and looks extremely simple to set up and use. One of these will be a must with my build motor.

It's an electronic solenoid, I assume? I'd really like something a little bit more mechanical than that, but that's work. This is especially cool for daily driven cars. I'm planning two tunes on my megasquirt setup with a switch to control them, and could use the same switch for the boost control... expect an email from me, after I have one running tune and am ready to up the boost above 4psi :-D

thanks for the comments guys , i just got more in stock today :)

The solenoid is industrial grade and guaranteed to 125 PSI !!! we played with several solenoids and found these to be the best.
