yeah
i mean it's just a 1990 240sx with a ka24e
and im more worried about engine management
getting the right turbo shouldn't be to hard after that
tho i am thinking of a 1g dsm 14g i heard they are good to about 300whp and im only looking for about 225-250whp for the time being
but i do want some lag tha way when im cruising im out of boost and getting good mpg

Don't put such a small turbo on a KA. A 14b or a T25 is going to spool instantly and build boost at any RPM and run out of breathe way before redline. I ran an AMS journal-bearing GT32 .63a/r on my old 240 and it still started spooling by about 2800rpm. I would suggest a Holset HY-35 or HX-35, or something somewhat the same size. Maybe a Borg Warner? FJT sells those now, right?

Back on topic, these rods are still tits. :y

I have a T3/t04b which is perfect for DSM.
.55A/R with stainless steel turbine housing.. Very nice turbo for your power goals and it can support 400whp
