Default Need your help/Opinion...Hybrid Turbo?

Alright, I was offered (what I think is) a pretty good deal. It's a precsion .63 t4 turbo, used 1,000 miles, NO shaft play for $225 shipped. This is where I need your help. I asked him why he's sellin' it and he said he "Had it on a insane d16 and blew the block because it was bored any but my brother found me a great turbo kit for a b series so building a b16a1 and gna turbo that"

Anyway, after looking at the picture I noticed it said .70 A/R cold side not .63, so I asked him about it and he said "yeah the housing is .70 but its a hybrid so its .63". So heres my question...Any ideas as to what that means?

Here are the pics of the snail.

He also said for an exta $100 he would throw in a tial downpipe and wastegate 38mm but I'm not gona do that.

70 charge side a/r with a 63 a/r t4 turbine housing, why not get the w/g and tumb if its only a hundred dollars, that almost too cheap to be true on both items

I guess I should go ahead and get it seeing as it's such a cheap price and if it ends up not being what I want then I can always re-sell it for more, right? Do you guys think it will work with my setup? Will it spool too slow?

Anyone else feel as if the seals are leaky by looking at the inlet and compressor fins?

Turbo is a T3/T4 (hybrid) .70/.63 as stated above, but I'm like 98.76% sure it's .70 T4 compressor with .63 T3 turbine. That's how it goes not the other way oso. I think, ha.

Hmm. I never noticed that. Good eyes. He claims that it's perfect.
