Need suggestions...Please help

I have a 99 Civic(D16y8) that i'm tryin to boost. I want to make around 200hp on stock internals with a custom kit. I've been told to get a T3 super 60 or T3/T4, does this sound right, or do you recommend something else? I want it to be reliable and I'm not really going to mess with it once it's on and tuned up. I just want to slap it on, get it tuned, and leave it alone. Whats a good setup that will be good for around 200hp? Here's what I think i'm going to get based on what i've been searching
-t3 super 60 or T3/T4 (which do you recommend?)
-Log manifold + 2.5" downpipe
-450cc Injectors
-BOV
-3" catback exhaust
-Misc parts like pipes, oil lines, couplers, etc.

The things I'm not sure of is which intercooler to match one of the above turbos, and what I should do as far as my ecu/fuel management?

Does it sound like I'm headed in the right direction toward my goal of around 200hp on stock internals that's reliable?

pretty much any T3 will do for 200hp...the t3/t4 is overkill for only 200hp.

any intercooler will do.

get a jumper harness and a chipped obd1 ecu.

your going the right way...Just keep reading.

Aright so I might get a Garrett T3 .42 compressor, .48 turbine, how does that sound? Capable of 200 horses? It has an internal wastegate. I don't really understand much about wastegates, but is it a disadvantage to have an internal wg? Does it mean that I am stuck with a certain PSI? How does this work.

a .42/.48 will be good for your goal, and it will spool up quick too. both internal and external wastegates work on the same principle, they are both set to a certian psi, you will need a boost contoller,(you can make one yourself for like $10) to increase the psi of the wastegate.
