Need Some Injector Knowledge/Help

im searching for injectors for my d16y8 turbo project but i don't understand the difference between high and low impedence and why i would or would not need a resistor pack. Im also looking at DSM 450cc injectors and im not sure what else i would need to put those in. Im not looking to run any huge power just around 200whp.

high and low impedance(peak and hold) injectors have different resistances.
low impedance injectors use a special driver to use one current to open then injector then a lower current to hold it open.
To use low impedance injectors without the special drivers, resistors are needed to avoid burning out the transistors on ecu made to run high impedance injectors.

here is a link with longer explanation, and video of ecu burning out from wrong injectors

that helped a lot thanks for the link!
