Need some expert advice on a turbo
Hey guys, we were trying to finish my buddies turbo today, we replaced the clamps that come from the turbo compressor housing.. we took it out, the boost gauge said 0 vaccum.. When he tried to get on it, still nothing.. we thought it was a leak, but now its starting to look like something else.. My question is, on a rebuilt turbo since thats what this is, who ever the hell rebuilt it, could they have put the turbines on backwards, causing the turbo to suck in, when trying accelarate?? Because its now crushed two brand new couplers like it was sucking in when trying to accelerate....
Thanks..
Thanks..

No, they couldn't have put the turbines on backwards unless for some reason the used parts from a different turbo witht he fins the other direction but highly unlikely, are you sure you are connecting the IC piping to the right outlet on the turbo :1

no i have the I/C piping on the right end of the turbo houseing...
ok now that u brought that to my attention.. my I/C is a small one I/C instead of having holes on each side.. when looking at the I/C its got one on the right side.. and one on the bottom.. Could i have the pipping to the I/C backwards??
