Default Need a little help selecting turbo for b16a2

Ok I've done my homework on turbo's but now I need some advice for my engine.

The engine: Honda B16A2
Goal: 200/220WHP @ 7PSI

My goals are not extremely high.
So what turbo would made my goal with minimum lag.
T3/TO4E 50trim and .48A/R ??

Thanks

That turbo would easaly make your goal, I bet it would spool up around 2500rpm with a decent manifold & downpipe, although the .48 a/r may run out a little at the top end. If you get one with a stage 2 wheel it will pull all the way to the top (8200 rmp that is). Picking a turbo is the easy part...getting your engine management right is a little more work, but it's well worth it to do it right the FIRST time. Tuning is always the key to power and depenability.

i've got a .63/.60 t3 on my b16 and love it, doesn't spool up too late and plenty of top end with it.

Crap! Did a compression test today. Turns out my cyl #3 only has 160psi. Al the others 200+psi.

I think its a bent valve. Going to make an appointment for a leakdown test. Got to put the turbo project on hold
