It's actually a pretty nice scam that I wish I thought of.
Say you find a moron with too much money (take H-T or Paris Hilton for example). They want to kill someone for scratching their Ferrarri. They pay $25,000 to these people. The people take the money and go shopping. What's the rich idiot going to do? Take the people to court for not killing the person?
