Default need help is this a true garret turbo?

hey was told this turbo was a real garret never anything changed just a old style but i have not seen any garret casings withouit it saying garret on it....but again i have not seen too many turbos mostly all newer ones...

this is the specs for it
ok here is everything Google can find about specs
T3/T04E 60 trim
Compressor Specs:
- T04E housing 2-3/4" inlet 2" outlet
- 60 trim T04E compressor wheel 2.29/2.95 53lb/min

Turbine Specs:
- T3 5 bolt outlet turbine housing .48 A/R ratio
- 76 trim T31 turbine wheel (stage 3)
- 270 thrust bearings
- Good to 490 whp (im sure a little less with the .48 on it)

he says its only got five hundred miles on it... but say on a car for mock up for about a year or so and then was used and said maybe seals could be freshened up cuz it sat for so long then was used.....are seals somthing some one can replace them self or when you do it dose the turbo been to be rebalanced and stuff

sorry about the noob questions but thanks
