Default need help....

Finished putting on t3/t4 kit on 00civic si with b16a2. 450cc dsm injectors etc. Had a p28 chipped by xenocron. Finally got everything done. Went for a test drive. Everything seem to be going well. Then I had a coupler pop loose. So I pulled over to fix it and seem to get it back on. But when I attempted to restart car. It didnt even want to crank. Then It finally crank but ran horrible then that same coupler popped off again then it was fine. What do you guys think. I know I have to fix the coupler but why would that make the car run like ----. Im gonna fix in the morning. But I want to aleast be able to drive the car tomm.

Come on peeps anyone ever have something like this happen. I was thinking that probally when the coupler pop off I had to drive the car to gas station to fix and the computer probally was read no boost pressure and now I have to reset it. Would that be reasonble to think??

I don't think it was the tune. A base map should only add extra fuel, retard timing, etc under boost. With a coupler blown off, it would not be able to read boost and would operate in vaccum. I would check for something else.

Maybe the car was flooded out from the extra enrichment while it was under boost, then suddenly was not, and it fouled the plugs?

Put couplers back on and re tightened every thing. Reset the ecu. I drove the car about 20 miles. and it drove fine. Now the only problem is that I get a little blue smoke after I have sat at a light for a while.

sounds like a shitty turbo. it can smoke and not have oil in the housing. i am betting on a ching chong meow turbo in this setup.

your oil return can be perfect, but if your turbo seals suck it wont matter. do you have a restrictor on the turbo? that might help if you do it before the turbo is ruined
