need help!!

i have a 91 si hatch with b16 turbo (13G) and don't know why my motor is bogging on around 5000 rpm when i floor the gas. i already have upgraded fuel, so do anyone know what my be wrong?

most likely, it's going lean there. Could be timing too. Or it could be super-rich. You need a wideband.
