hey there i need some help here i want to turbo a m10 bmw carb and i dont know how exactly ( how much boost )

Welcome! As a rule of thumb, 0.5 bar should be fine on almost any stock engine.

About the only thing I can recommend is to take a look at Hugh MacInnes's book Turbochargers; it's the only book I've seen to cover carb tuning on a turbo. Hopefully some carb experts may chime in.
