Hey guys. I originally bought a V111 IHI turbo, but when I pulled it apart it was total ---- so I bought a new one. In my ignorance I expected the new one to be the same as any other IHI RHB5, but this one comes off the impulse and has a totally different exhaust flange turn down. Does anyone have one or know where I can get one or can I just make a custom flange?

You can make a template out of paper, cardboard, sheetmetal, etc. and mail it to him. He will cut the flange for you and if he has never made the flange before I think he only charges $15.

if ya got a drill press, just buy a metal hole saw at home depot, and some metal.
