Default name this turbo?!

i have a guy who will sell me a turbo for 75 bones he doesnt know what it is. neither do i. its a mitsubishi, he said it came off an early eclipse, what do you think it is? it has a bolt pattern similiar to a t3 (large hole in center, four holes around the edge symetrical from the center) he said its a t4 flange but its stock. what is this turbo, also it has no coolant lines and no oil lines just the turbo is 75 a good deal or should i keep looking. how hard is it to get new lines or fabricate my own? would i need to make my own anyways cause its goin on a zc? the turbo looks real good just minus the lines

sounds like a 14b. very good turbo. 75$ sounds pretty good as long as it is in good shape.
