ok so i need to know what this came off stock it looks like a top mount to me but not for shure also any spec on it ?

Honestly, looks a little bit like one from the 89-90 Pontiac Grand Prix Turbo 3.1L's. Hard to tell from bad pic though.

lol thats funny because like 5 years ago i seen a setup with that same intercooler in the same posistion and a hood scoop on a 89 hatch dx d15b2 (same engine in pic)

That looks like it could be the thunderbird type. IMO a good setup would be to take 2 of those bar and plate cores and make a larger intercooler... :6
