My Turbo Set-up.. CRX... PICS!!!!!
 

well this is my setup and i have been running it successfully for about 2 weeks. then the radiator decided to blow b/c im a bumbass and ordered a 30$ one of ebay! so as of right now im saving for a innovate traction bar and an aluminum racing radiator. i may need to buy a new engine b/c i belive i sucked in some water... thats why the plugs are out in the pics b/c i was looking for moisture.

Nah, I just think youre a ricer and you like it that way, let me guess, the blue trim on your interior came with the car and you had no time to get around to making it black again?

I thought so, by the way, you wont see ---- on your plugs, if you got coolant in to your engine you would of thrown a rod or bent it, if the engine runs fine and dosnt burn/smoke then you dont need an engine, stop being so paranoid its only a D series.

lol yea dude im a ricer!! and ur pretty much right i didnt have the time, or money to get around to re painting my interior. ever penny went into this Set-up!!! and now i need a new clutch, a traction bar and a radiator lol.

what would you do if I told you, that you WILL end up blowing your motor because your wastegate linkage broke and your turbo was humming along at 30lbs of boost but you couldn't see your gauge because you forgot to open your glove box and that you were too busy trying to see traffic out the driver window because your missing a wiper.

I'm not psychic or have espn or anything just a little common sense.

LMAO I can almost make a mental video of this, man move your boost gauge on top of your steering wheel trim or your A pillar no point in the whole glove box thing.

So you spent $5 on SSAC, and now can't afford $5 for some spray paint?

BTW, lose the screen over the turbo inlet. All you see are the holes in it, but if you think for a milli-milli-milli-second you'd realise the inlet is now half blocked off. Run a filter like everyone else in the trailerpark, son.

Innovative Traction Bars?

Nice car, lets see some more pics, do loose the single wiper please, other then that, setup looks fine, as long as the manifokd holds up.

Oh and if you did such up water, and enough to do damage, you would 100% know and wouldn't be guessing, trust me on this one, we've killed a Dodge Caravan one time!

quick question.......do you have a gasket on your exhaust inlet? my guess not or it was used when you put it on.

yea i do have a a gasket there and yea it was used...

as for the gauges go and can see them perfectly!!!

and i expect my mani to crack thats why i have an HF mani with an adapter plate as a back up. but im not sure how low it will make my turbo sit...

and why do u say the innovative traction bar is a bad idea???

I wouldnt go with anything other than a JKmotorsport traction bar for various reasons, its built very strong, it actually bolts up to the control arm and not to the bushing like some brands (this will very quickly wear out your bushing and mess your ride up) umm lets see....COST, I have a set on my car and have felt the difference and have not had any problems.

I'll put it in simple terms so you can understand.

Get a filter on that, if you move the battery to the back you'll have plenty of room for a nice 3" filter. Probably would of saved you from sucking water in also.
