How much hp and tq do you guys think this set-up would make on a stock D16Z6(si motor)thats in perfect running condition?

How much psi do you think I could boost on the stock motor.

 

you got some good fuel management, tunned right, you can safely push 10psi through that motor. the turbo is rather on the small side though. a 60 trim t3 would work real good and push more air at less psi than the td05-16g. w/a t3 i'd say 220-230hp at 10psi. w/td05, 16g 200hp.

 

with the t3 60trim will I have good street drive ability? i mean will it spool up quickly? I plan to drive this car as a daily driver and weekend dragster.

What are my tq numbers looking like people? Will I have to replace the clutch with this set-up?

yeah, you'll have to replace the clutch very shortly after being boosted, especially if it's a high mileage stock clutch.
