my turbo install in done now i have bugs..help

ok i just finshed installing my hmt system.
log manifold, t3 turbo, 2.25 dp to 3 inch exhaust with fmic

d16y7 with d16y8 intake manifold
y7 TB with 3 wire aicv.
450cc dsm injectors
stock

im trying to convert it to a obd1 p06 ecu chipped by dave lee.
when i start up the car with the p06 ecu in the idle jumps to 3k and back down.
im wondering if i messed up somewhere. looking for some help.
i looked on ff-squad to convert the 3 wire to 2 wire, im just missing the plug part but is that really necessary?

did you reset the ecu? pull the battery terminal for 15 sec.

also look for vacuum leaks if your idle is surging..

are you throwing any codes? is is surgeing from the minute you turn it on? normally if its a IACV problem then it will start normal then once it warms up start to surge, well at least everytime i had that problem it did. i would double check for vacuum leaks or a split tube.

yep sounds like the problem. my integra used to do that crap to me. reved up to 4000 rpms sometimes on a start up then back down untill in got warm., then stared bouncing but fixed it with a stock iacv

ok guys i just got the z6 im with some honda tb, thanks to redek99. but now i have another question.
will i need a fast idle valve on the throttle body. i see a big ass hole on the bottom of it or should block it off with some sheet metal or something. also what lines go to the iacv, i think its the coolant but does it matter?

first pic; you should get the stock "thing" that goes there. rigging it up might get you more vac. leaks.

second pic; intake air temp sensor. if you wanna use you it you will need to switch your harness side plug to obd1.

you guys are nogs. he said he's running a 3wire obd2 iacv on an obd1 ecu. obd1 looks for a 2 wire iacv. you have to convert. no you don't HAVE to have the 2 wire plug clip, you can crimp on some pins and ghetto fab it and it'll work. just make sure its a solid connection
