My turbo burns oil.

I have a t3 turbo and it burns oil. I think it onley leaks on the exuast side because my spark plugs are not black. I plan to rebuild it, but I just wanted to know if I will damage the turbo badly if I continue to run it like this? :-\

Also is I very hard to rebuild a turbo, and dose anyone know of a good place to buy the rebuild kit from? Or a place that will rebuild the turbo for me.

Also make sure your motor does not have alot of blow by. My original motor was pretty old and under boost, the crankcase would pressurize the return lines forcing oil out of the turbo into the exhaust. I rebuilt my turbos and still had the same problems. Only then did I start doing leakdown tests and stuff. With my new motor, no more issues.
