are you just looking for the vacuum port on your car, or are you looking for a vacuum block so you can run more vacuum sources?

A picture would help.
By the way this might be moved to Force Induction

You have an IHI RHB5 VJ11 Turbo from a Probe. I have seen some that have that fitting looking thing, they where used to route vaccum lines on the factory car, and to use their boost solenoid, it will control the boost a little higher than the wastegate settings, but you would need the whole system for it to work, and you don't want that.

Just take it out or plug it. Run your line from the compressor of the turbo, straight to the wastegate nipple. Let it work at the set 7-8psi. You can always use a manual boost controller to set it higher.

Yeah that's what I was saying, you don't need that, just put a line from the compressor nipple to the wastegate. That's it. If you choose to use a manual boost controller, you will go from the compressor nipples to the boost controller, then from the boost controller to the wastegate.
