My BOV never came with a flange so we had to make the most ghetto flange known to man kind. Works great tho, I'm just glad I don't have to say I made it.

Oil return looks kinked, but actually, it flows just fine. Here you can see that one of the nuts on the adapter setup was stripped and never went on. Still need to replace that thing.

ACUALLY, i know you want to give jeff and beau credit for that setup but i made it. i made the adapter plate, i welded the down pipe. and its a std manifold. the flange on the downpipe is from a chikara header. those are the oil and coolant lines I MADE as well. but i did buythe turbo from dustin

My bad, I could have sworn you told me this was off a white CRX, and this set up looks a lot like the one in the tech section, which DOES feature Jeff and Beau's work. my fault.

The BOV sounds great... at first we didnt have it hooked up to a strong enough vacuum, but we ran off the pcv valve vacuum and the thing is loud as balls. Its like a huge "whooooosh", nothing sharp like an RFL, just imagine like a deep sounding air compressor thats pumped up and you change a fitting, imagine that "whooosh" sound just magnified a lot.

Jeff - Its just a stock D16z6 with a little bit of boost in it, but honestly, im not familar with any of the mini-me stuff...

Shortyz - yeah ghetto all the way. My friend, who isn't the best welder in the world, made me promise to not tell anyone his name when they ask who made it. haha, doesnt get much worse than that.

The lines are just high pressure oil lines but they get way way too hot sitting in front of the turbo, the foil makes them cool to touch even when hard driving for a long time.

My oil return is heater hose, it wont get a hole in it. I've crazy boosted on a 100+ mile trip before and it has held up just fine, so it should be good.

I really should get some exhaust wrap on that downpipe tho... oh well.

And no, the A/C didn't stay on this set up. Oh well, its a convertible... thats my A/C.

the only really bad thing about running heater hose as your return line is that the oil actually deteriorates the rubber. not recommended.

in the state of california used oil gives you cancer, maybe it's giving the heater hose cancer.

this set up looks pretty sexy, almost makes me want to put the old d15 back in and boost it, but then I remember my b16 is very nice when it's running (only 4 days of total run time in the past 2 months.)

for exhaust you should have you welder friend set you up an exhaust cut out, search for it there is a company that sells a kit.

Well the S was usually white and i dont recall a SI or VTEC ever being in white.
