here is my cheap setup i hope to have some fun with here prett soon. i put al lthis together by selling random d series stuff from my backyard. i had it all from motor swaps. but here it is T04E with ssac mani and xs wastegate. random piing i had lying around. 450cc dsm injectors. some 25 dollar bov off ebay. not in pics yet. a half radiator i got for free. downpipe boost controller are in the mail along with an alarm. and i have a turbo basemap for now on my obd-0 pr3. i now its a cheap setup so i dont need to hear it again. but other then that let me have it. lol

 

oh and intercoller is about 14" wide and 18" high and 3" thick it will sit right infront of the radiator.

 

Looks pretty good, I'm working on a very similar project right now but I'm not going to be using a SSAC manifold, though I'll probably end up using an eBay WG. Add some more pics as you get more done.

 

in for more pics. Looks good so far. Did you pay for the ssac manifold?

 

How are you going to run the piping from the turbo to the intercooler? It looks like the turbo is sitting so far forward that it will sit against the intercooler.

well in the first place i bought that manifold a while back for 120 off ebay brand new. then traded in with my friend for 100 bucks off whati owed him then it went to different people and i got it back for free. so for this setup no i dident pay for it. and on the lower pictures is what the turbo is really clocked to and all i need is a 90% bend and it all works out pretty good. and i will keep posting as i go. i should have some parts in the mail today. just a boost controller and my downpipe

 

haha my turbo is going to be running a 90* elbow straightinto the ic too 1!! looks good

some random intakes cut up to fit. and yeah thats a 3" bend and goes strait back to 2.5 right after. i dont even know where that bend came from.
