My Setup **More Pics Added!!**

okay so my oil line setup is now as follows,

1X 1/8"npt male/male adapter
2X 1/8"npt Female/Female/Female T's
1X T404 157-04 SS Braided Teflon Hose 1'
1X T404 157-04 SS Braided Teflon Hose 3'
4X 1/8"npt male reusable fittings for ss teflon lines.
1X 1/8"npt Male/Female Swivel
1X 1/8"NPT Male/Female Needle Valve.

oil psi has been dropped to 20psi at idle.

the male/male adapter goes from the block to the first T, t's off to the pressure sending unit and the 1' line which runs up beside the intake manifold and t's off to the 3' line and the oil pressure gauge. The 3' line goes to the swivel fitting and into the turbo.

now, since i'm not using -AN fittings or lines, the diameter of the teflon is too big, so my turbo is getting too much volume of oil and it's spewing it down past the exhaust seal, i've read the writeup on the needlevalve, but is it possible to buy a -AN restrictors to go between my hoses and T's instead? i want to keep a rather clean look under the hood and adjusting the needlevalve requires either two oil pressure gauges or placing the restrictor before the gauge feed, which i don't want to do.

if you know where i can get such an adapter/restrictor please let me know.

now, on with the rest of the setup.

1996 honda civic Si-G (canadian domestic market)
MHI TE04H (88 Chrysler LeBaron with less than 100k kms.)
Custom Downpipe, Testpipe, Exhaust, and charge pipe. (intercooler, spark, and fuel management is on its way as soon as oil problem is resolved.)
LeBaron Greytop BOV.
log manifold built by yours truely.

i'll try to get pictures up as soon as possible, i don't currently have a digital camera. sorry guys.

hope someone can help.

just contact stealthmode...he does this for a living and sells a good kit for like $100 or something. i know flamenco-t on honda-tech does it aswell...i actually have a feed kit i need to get rid of its so you can keep the stock oil sensor...dont have the return kit though...but whatever...contact them...they will hook you up...the kit i have is

1- -3AN SS line
1- BSPT to NPT adapter...SS aswell
1- Brass T
1- (depending on use of stock oil sensor) straight 1/8" npt to -3AN male adapter....

The brass T you can vary depending if you are using a stock oil sensor. if you are...you can just get a 90 degree w/ 1/8" NPT male and -3AN Male...if you want to use the stock oil sensor you need a weird looking thing. Its 1/8" NPT male, 2 Female 1/8" NPT...you need the 1/8" NPT to -3AN if you use this T. unless you can find one w/ a Male -3AN...

I hope i didnt confuse you...if i did...i will draw a quick picture on the comp for you. oil lines and ---- confuse me. vaccum lines confuse me more. you know what confuses me the most...when each person tells you something different to do. thats the most confusing.

you more than confused me, i'm kind of drunk right now, and what you said made no sense, i want a ~$10 fix. if i am to pay more than $60.00 for a fix i'll just get a different turbo. because $60.00 is my intercooler fund.
:/

i have a bad habit of not reading the whole post...i thought you were confused about finding what fitings and such...i would email greddy and find out if they can give you advice what you can do to fix this turbo line problem since they sell that turbo in their SOHC kits....and heres a little picture of the feed lines...i dont think its really necessary to draw the return lines since...i dont know how they go myself...sue me!

BTW the picture is even a lil confusing...but i think its a hell of a lot clearer then what i typed..

https://www.angelfire.com/indie/bigwig/manifold.jpg

www.fast-turbo.com has a kit for the TD04...just looking at it...its a -3AN fitting from the block and its a larger fitting from to connect to the turbo...hes a straight up guy...maybe he can tell you where you can grab one...
