the turbo was resealed i wished they cleaned it, but what the heck, they added a wastegate on it, so i'm happy....
i had to rotate the comp side to get the wastegate to clear the block, and today i spent the whole day building the pipes back and forth outside with the car and inside (for A/C).

so far i built charge pipes from the intake manifold to before the intercooler, i cant continue till the inlets are wleded on the intercooler (during the week).

this will be my first HMT turbo setup and i am anxious to see how it runs....

i have the 310cc and the 450 cc, but not sure which one to use...maybe for now the 310 will do....i also have a AEM regulator, and i am in the market for a FMU, and a fuel pump....

i dont have plans in blowing my motor up,,,

 

turbo looks good Do you know the specs on it?

 

it was originally from a kit built by a HMT member.....he had the spec,,,,it is a Volvo T3 .42 (or .40) comp, .48 exh
that is all i know..

they say welding it ia hard a ----, does JB welding work on it??...what you think?

 

Well, you have to be able to aluminum weld (obviously) to get the job done right. JB weld will probably work fine. Thats what I was going to do. You could JB weld or just bring it somewhere to be welded. Either way it works.
